There are no organic materials in Formawall – no papers or fabrics – nothing that absorbs water. Formawall panels and joints are designed to drain and dry, with no risk of stagnant moisture. There’s no source of food for mold, so there’s less risk of lawsuits over the health of your building.

Consider the alternatives: batt insulation soaks up water like a sponge. If saturated, brick and precast can shift and crack. In most cases, all materials in contact with water must be entirely replaced.

In the event of a flood, Formawall simply dries out. There’s even a little give built into the joints to accomodate building shifts.
